Does anybody know if '99 SVT lightning rims fit a '93 Ford lightning? Or if there is a kit to change the bolt pattern on a '93 Lightning to a '99 lightning? Or if they make aftermarket '99 SVT Lightning rims to fit a '93 Lightnings?
Thanks
my sugestion is to call the local dealer and ask em the bolt pattern of the 99's. If Ford kept the same pattern for the 90's trucks it should be 5 x 5.5". The new trucks use bigger rims so i would think that the pattern is different...i dont know..but instead of lookin for a kit...which would put you out lots of $ and not to mention involved to change out, keep an eye out for the rims for your style/year truck. They are a great set and i am sure you are not the only one to think of this, so might want to do some digging. Heck i even saw an Audi with Cobra R rims today! haha cant say it didnt look bad....hoped i helped!
I believe Ford is using a metric bolt pattern on the newer light duty trucks. We tried putting a set of take off 17" off road wheels on an older F-150 and the patterns were just a hair off. It reminds me of the 390mm rims Ford put on the early 80's Mustangs. Just a hair off from 15"
