'42 GAZ-66 engine (Ford AA engine)

Hello to all!

My friend got GAZ-66 built in 1942. It has made in Russia Flathead engine. This is Ford-AA engine.

He found all parts in the USA, but bearings..... Ouh... there are bearings in block to be refilled with babbit. Nobody knows here how to do...

So we all need manual how to rebuild this old engine.

We have and idea to mashine engine block for modern 64mm bearings, but he wants to have all inside like stock truck had.

P/S. Truck is near St.Peterburg, Russia.
