Water leaking in when raining?

We have had a few solid days of rain here in FL. I got in my truck this morning and found the driver side floor was wet, along the driver step plate, and the floor behind the driver seat was wet. I also noticed the headliner was wet around the top of the back window. Could this be a leaking cargo light? Seems like an awful lot of water, considering the light looks like it is a tight fitting piece... Maybe the rear window seal itself?
The driver footwell (toeboards) seems to be dry.
I noticed some signs of mold at the back of the headliner when I bought this truck, so maybe that is the place to start?

You could probably sit in the cab and have someone spray the area with a garden hose. That way you can see where it's coming in from.

That's the problem, I don't think i will 'see' anything... It has been raining steady, and I can't find a water trail because of all the trim in the roof. It might be the windshield, but the inside of the windshield is dry as can be... Unless it is running down the A pillar to the floor?
Just no way to see anything happening, even sitting out in the rain inside the truck, just the floor getting wetter and wetter...

Rangers are notorious for leaking around the upper part of the windshield seal and running down the pillar to the floor, remove the trim and look for signs of leakage. sometimes all thats needed is a little RTV sealant in the right place to stop the leak.

If you have noticed wetness around the top of the back window it wouldn't hurt to check the seal around the third brake light just to rule it out. Then look at the seal around all of the back window. Maybe it was replaced and no one let you know and they didn't do a good job of sealing it. Let us know how it goes.

I will certainly report back here once I find the problem(s).
Thanks for the tips on where to start looking!
