1997 Explorer Power Window problem

I have a 1997 Explorer XLT, 4.0, 4x4 Automatic. The right rear window will go down but not up. I have removed the trim panel and jumped the motor both ways it works fine up and down. The yellow wire at the door does not go to ground when I try to operate the window normally with the switch... The window will not work at all with the Driver's door .. Master Switch. however the wires at the master switch do reverse polarity normally. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, sometimes a wire will break in there and cause issues like that.
