hey all i just got some parts off i think an 80-83 f150 with 4.9 for my 66 250 4.9. Now my question is will the carb from this vehicle fit and work on my 66? difference in mpg or perf b/c its a later carb? the model number for the carb is EFPEBKA A6E30. I just want to see b/c the carb i have on it is not for a 300 i think its for a 240 or something. Thanks for the help always appreciated.

 

It will work, but keep in mind that the carb for those years is designed with emissions equipment in mind, so may run a little lean at normal settings.
