Mirrors...

I know I've read this but can't find it. I am wanting to put the larger 08/09? mirrors on my '04 but can't find a write up on it. I just want to be sure it is plug and play (electric adjustment/defrost). Anyone have a link?

Thanks!

I highly doubt ford used the same plug on the 08-9 trucks as the 04. Somewhere in the new body change came an option for power fold which would require more holes in the plug. However, you can cut the plug off your mirrors and put them on the new mirrors. There were quite a discussions about the swap in the superduty forum a year or so ago. If you can't make the search function work, try going to google and using site:ford-trucks.com before your search terms.

Look, see these two tow hooks? They look like tusks. And what kind of animal has tusks?
