Glycerin Disposal?

I make about 15-20 gallons of glycerin a week (KOH) and need an efficient way to dispose of it. I use the glycerin to pre-treat with, so the methanol should be gone. Initially I had a guy who was taking it and using it to heat his raw oil to run a large processor he was trying to get into commercial production. He has folded and I have been burning it off in a barrel and composting some in a horse manure pile, but this is too slow.

So, I have two questions:
1. How do you guys dispose of your glycerin?
2. Is it possible a small septic tank system would work?

I have heard some sewage plants say it enhances their processing, but I don't have the contacts to make that work. The only thought I had was to process it into liquid soap and sell/give it away to mechanics as a degreaser.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

There are some soap 'recipes' out there and they claim it is best soap they've ever used. Many use it for everything, hand soap, degreaser, washing dishes, laundry, shampoo, etc.

I've heard concrete placers love to use it for form release...

I have at least a couple hundred gallons right now, but hoping to buy a WMO boiler this year that is capable of burning the glycerin/WMO up to 50/50.

The methanol isn't gone because of pre-treatment. The oil doesn't suck every trace of methanol out of the glyc, it reaches kind of an equilibrium.

Contact your local rendering company. They may even buy it from you.
