I have a 94 F-250 with a 351 Winsor engine and I would like to know the difference between it and a 351 Lightning engine besides the headers and GT-40 intake. Is the lower intake the same? What could I do to my engine to increase the horsepower to 240 or better?

Short block is the same. Cam, heads, lower and upper intakes, throttle body, and headers (so basically the whole top-half of the motor) is different.

The Lightning uses a 5.8 GT40 lower. The other trucks do not.
