Swap bumper, grill??

My apologies if this has been answered before. I am getting ready to purchase an 04 F250 King Ranch but would like to have the 05 look for the front end. Is it possible to swap bumpers, grill, and lights?

Thanks!

B.

Yes, but it's a good bit of work. If your going to do whole package I believe life will be much easier if you replace the plastic radiator header board to the 05 style. This will give you the right head light openings and grille clip locations.

Then you will need the grille, bumper, and headlights too.

Look, see these two tow hooks? They look like tusks. And what kind of animal has tusks?

Real easy to do. Working with FTE Parts Guy on mine right now. Cut out my header to install the 05 Harley lights. Don't forget to purchase the new wiring harness for the headlights to work properly...Dfuser.

I did my 2001 as well and it was real easy. took about 3 hours. But I agree with Reax, the easiest way is to just get the header for a 2005 to 2007 and then go from there. Im in Canada and I think the piece was like 150 bucks from Ford. You can probably get it alot cheaper in the US. Got the wiring harness from one of the sponsors on this site. I would highly recommend using him. I will PM you with which sponsor it was, cause I not sure if we are supposed to mention names in this forum.

Good Luck
