Project 1-ton Pics

Everything is about together. Just need to finish the bed and it will be a monster. The rims and tires in this pic are just for moving purposes, I have black rims and 35 inch tires. Enjoy the pics.

What did you paint all the frame and, well, all other metal parts with? Looks nice...

thanks u, its a rust encapsulator called "Hammerrite". Its a product of KILZ. Real nice stuff.

Looking at the picture, I think you should add at least 2 more gas tanks...

lol I thought about adding that 30 gallon rear tank, but i figured I'd wait to do that until the fuel pumped died.

Im adding some "before" pixs



I will add pics of the new bed floor too.

Thanks guys. Well, i guess all I need to do is add a bracket to hold the panel firm, I guess it was just loose. So, after a few hours of spot welding the new pan into the bed, it came out great IMO, couldnt ask for a better fit. I even installed some new cross members where needed. Cant wait to just get this guy on the road. I am having the new exhaust system put in in two weeks, and getting the brake line patched and should be goood to go!
