Friday M&G @ the F100 SN on the steps

Hey if anyone is interested in a meet and greet Friday at the F100 Supernationals at Chihowee Park on Friday let me know. I will be right outside the Jacobs building at the top of the steps over to left as you face the building by the tree @ 11:15 EST (Knoxville time).
Right here where Wayne Dean, Jim Boruff, and Ed Royal are standing

I will only be at the show for the day so Friday is the only day I can M&G. I will hang around for 15 minutes then get back over to the swap meet scrounging for parts. Later

Pics from the show today
09 F100 Nats pictures by tacson - Photobucket

I didnt see anything new as far as trucks. I got to the park about 8:30 and left about 3:25 coming back home. I gotta work in the morning. Light turnout at least thru 3:25pm. The bottom end (the big open parking area) down by the parking light was light. Here are my two favorites from the show.

Peggy Carpenter's 56

Sandy Boruff's 55 F100

THE REAL BOSS @ Hot Rod Trucks (HRT) Denise Making it Happen

Saw no for sale on it. So.....

I had a friend get a real good deal on a new 18 Circuit Painless Wiring Harness. $75 man what a steal. I bought a few parts with biggest item being a steel paintable front bumper from HRT. Not a bad got a chance to talk to 53ford (Don) from here on FTE. He had a swap meet spot. Sorry Don(53ford) I didnt get back over to see you I was working on limited time.

2010 Giveaway Truck. Will be an unfinished truck. Not sure if it will have a drivetrain. It has a FatMan Frame and will have a Rod Door Interior, Nu Relics Power Windows, D Carpenter (Dan and Dennis) bed, sheetmetal, grille. and etc. BeBops glass fenders front and back. Ididit Column.

NEW Gauges put out by omegakustom.com. Time will tell how good they are.

Gotta work in the morning fellas and ladies. Later

Just got back from the SN. It looked kind of sparse to me, but I did get to view some VERY NICE trucks and pick up some great ideas and sheet metal to get started on my cab.

Cool Carnut. I wish I could have meet you. I was pushed for time due to only having one day.

Tacson, it was good to meet you. I also so Lance Hogan and met Walford on Saturday. The show did seem sparse this year. Saturday was the best day
as far as people and trucks despite the period of morning rain. But still not the numbers of participants as in years past.

All weekend, I think I saw maybe 4-5 total. Weather actually held out pretty good, rain Thursday and Friday night, a brief shower Saturday morning and I think the bottom fell out just as the awards ended. But by that time we had left to get a head start back

Walford - Made it home OK Saturday night. Got soaked a few
times on the trip. Glad you were able to get the box back to your
van. Sold the running boards later as I was packing up. Quite
a learning experience being on the other side of the buying/selling
fence.

Don-53ford.....what an awesome setup you have. You are definately one particular dude!! I had no idea you wanted to build a 56 meadow green also. I am looking at your gallery and what a nice 53 and 56. I am sure we will do business again.
You sell some really nice 56 parts. I am amazed at how nice that 56 cab came out and it is a good deal.......Bill
