Anyone have a solution out there: I adjusted up my parking brakes on my 04 F150 and have one side too tight. Now I have to say that it’s a pain to get to the adjuster thru that little hole… But if I over adjusted, how can I back off the shoes so they don’t drag? I am not sure if I can pull the rotor, which I would prefer not to do, but I don’t think I can back off the adjustment without removing the rotor… Any thoughts?

 

Not sure why but when I went to back off the adjuster last night I could not get it to adjust out. In the barn today up on a jack I had no problem at all. I thought I would have to pull the rotor but I got lucky. Not sure why I had the issue yesterday and not today...
