Funny part is compression is only 3 lbs less at that cylinder which isnt that much. That was cranking over.

Mine is doing the same but no codes. It only misfires under a load when warm.
Already changed fuel filter, next will be air filter and cleaning maf sensor. I personally think it is the rubber boot on the coil.
If the coil is arcing, past the rubber boot to the cylinder, it will not show a misfire, is this correct? Replacing all coils is not really my best option?
A little help from you folks would be cool.

All new plugs helps greatly, but still skips a little....

Have you considered just taking it to the dealer and paying the 60-100 bucks to have it hooked up to the Ford IDS machine and having the misfire parameters read? At least they can pinpoint it for you.

Yeah well probably will end up doing that. Hate to do it just from past dealings with them.
