FordDan74012 is starting off with a positive reputation.
Talking Installed my new Volant intake system yesterday.

I took me a few hours because it was such a tight fit. I love it so far, that annoying throttle lag is gone and I noticed how much louder my exhaust is when I step on it. I had a AEM Brute Force on my old 04 and after about two days after my check engine light came on and could never fix it. I haven't had any issues yet. My next mod will be the Edge Evolution to wake my truck up even more.

I just installed one too

I installed a Volant CAI on a 2005 Expedition 5.4L. Definately noticed a difference in the way my truck drives. Gas mileage went from 13.4 to 14.1 MPG. I have a friend with a 2002 Expedition 4.6L who is thinking about installing one. His motivation is improved gas mileage. Can you tell me what your mileage was before CAI and after?
