Head count please for the gtg

Hey all, May 16th is approaching quick. Been bustin my backside getting settled into the house so it's all ready for ya. Now, I need a list of who IS gonna be here for certain, and what you're bringing. I want to make sure that we all don't bring the same thing, and we don't bring stuff for 20 people when only 5 show up. If this is gonna work, without a bunch of confusion, and excess spending, we gotta get our Ford loving ****** together (just kidding). Anyhow, I've started sending e-mails and PM's to people, but I aint gonna be able to do this alone. Give me an RSVP or something. Let me know what you're bringing. Post it here, or in the other thread "May16th GTG at Joe's house". I posted directions in the other thread. My number is 541-279-1157, or my wifes cell is 541-279-7244, her name is Ryan. If you get lost, my address is 646 SW Cedar Hill. Call Jefferson County Dispatch 541-475-2201 and you can ask the dispatcher how to get here.

Ok, I have a gas grille. It's old, and it sucks, but it works. I'm covering hot dogs (plain and sausage dogs) and can do hamburgers too. I like dogs, because it aint nothing to throw a pack on the grille and take care of late comers.

I'll be there. I'm bringing a pot of pulled pork and buns for it. I'll stop and get a big bucket of noodle salad and a 12 pack of pepsi at Wally-Mart on my way through.

Sounds good. Don will be here too. He's gonna bring his grille, and some burger, and buns and pepsi too. I'll cover paper plates (a few blocks from dollar tree is handy) and plastic cups and forks and such, as well as hot dogs, and I'll get condiments (mustard, ketchup, relish, bbq sauce, mayo, miracle whip) Anyone need a particular condiment?

I'll bring a pot of baked beans, I'm sure we could use the gas to home on.

A co-worker will be bringing a big Ceasar Salad. So far, that's 4 of us for sure, and a couple of my co-workers. Not a big turn out, but oh well, we can still have a good time and enjoy ourselves.

Ok, it looks like good weather for the 16th. Of course, that can change at a moments notice, but it looks to be good. For sure, we got hot dogs, burgers, beans, pulled pork, and a salad. Wife is gonna make a coffee cake for snacking. Looks like Pepsi products are covered too. I also have the paper plates, forks, spoons, and napkins covered. If everyone wants to bring a bag of chipps, then that will cover that too. I'll ****** up a couple bags too. Looks like we're covered, and set to go.
