I just picked up this truck after it sat for years. Got it running and fuel pump went bad sending gas in to oil. Changed the pump and oil. Now it runs without putting gas in oil.

Problem I hear ticking around cylinder 3&4. Gets worse when driving. Pulled valve cover and noticed that almost no oil seems to be coming through. Oil pressure gauge stays mid-range.

Is it possible that ports for oil are plugged? If so is there a way to clean them out?

Might try the FE Forum engine forum as the 390 has shaft mounted rockers and the oiling of the top end would be somewhat different.
