any ideals on lifting a 2wd cheaply

What about a Body lift? It would be cheaper than the suspension lift. I know a lot of people don't care for body lifts, but since it's a two wheel drive anyway you are going to be doing any serious wheeling to shear off the longer bolts. Just my .02

EDIT: After posting that link I see it says it won't fit a 2wd with the steering gear box behind the front axle. But anyway maybe someone makes one for a 2wd.
If not the maybe you could modify the steering column to gear box connection with some shaft and steering universal joints.
