I have a CWP and I carry a hand gun most everywhere I go. Open or not, does not matter to me.

Concealed carry here, ........Weird shifts, nights, etc..........Love to carry my 9mm Beretta open if I could. Concealed carry kinda limits you to a smaller weapon, like my .380 Walther PPKs.

True, it doesn't really matter. The only thing that makes a difference for me is the weather. But, it's a "CHL" in Oregon.

When it's cold and you got layers on it's easy enough to conceal a larger sidearm; I carry a G17. How do you like that PPK, the hammer guard on my wifes smashes into the part between my thumb and pointer finger when I shoot it.

I love the Walther, its like a fine tuned German watch!.....Never a failure to feed/eject, its a 1969 vintage and the workmanship is fantastic. I never feel under gunned with Cor-Bon 85gr +p JHPs in the mag........I literally would trust my life to it!.....Possibly a change in grips between yours and mine by the mfg. may be the difference that bites the web of your hand?.
