Alright lets get rolling on the where and when to GTG in May
I propose that we block-out Sunday May 10th, due to the lethal coincidence with Mother's Day
I suspect that Memorial Day weekend (23, 24, & 25) will also pre-commit many of us to family reunion sort of obligations
That leaves us with:
Saturday 2nd
Sunday 3rd
Saturday 9th (I anticipate working that day)
Saturday 16th
Sunday 17
Saturday 30th

There's a guy from MA (Megawatt00 actually) who said he'd come down to CT for the weekend of the 9th and 10th so we can work on trucks. Unfortunately I forgot the 10th is Mother's Day (aka: Made up holiday)
So if we go for the 9th or 10th I'm out.
So what does everyone suggest we do for the May GTG? I'm out of ideas.
POWERSTROKER07 (said in Feb., 09) in a couple months there is a car show in derby..at heavenly doughnuts on r34 Bill, I need a definitive web-link on this
George aka Can Do suggested the Haul of Fame truck museum in Plainfield,CT. American Truck Historical Society
133 Packer Road, Canterbury, CT 06331, (860) 546-6733
Hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Ray aka rocdril mentioned the Central Connecticut Four Wheelers May race @ Southwick (MA) is Sunday the 17th http://www.cc4w.org/
Also there are the Munson (MA) Hill Climbs Sunday May 24th Monson Hill Climbs (Truck) 2007 AMA Hillclimb National Championships (August - Motorcycle) Ray I need definitive Munson web-link on what you were thinking of, I came upon two which I posted above

That place puts me to sleep. If you guys want to go then have fun, but I'll be sitting that one out. (no offense intended to the person that suggested it)
I'd say hold off on the other truck museum for a while.

I second that. I've been here once before and they are really fun. My wife would probably come as she liked it as well.

I think we should keep the Peabody for a cold winter GTG LOL.
The hill climb sounds like fun!

For those who have yet to map it, Monson, MA is about halfway between Springfield and Auburn, and south of the Mass Pike.
Hopefully someone will nail down its address.
