Tried to make a reservation online but site said "There are special requirements for the dates of your stay. Please call (800) 562-9016 to make your reservation".

So I called and they said "The whole place is reserved for Riffraff". I told them I was riffraff. They said "Well that's different. Give me your credit card number". So I guess being riffraff met the special requirements. Actually you just need to tell them you want to be there for the Rfiiraff Event.

What the post is really about is don't bother going online to make a reservation, just call them at the above 800 number. You only need to pony up for the first nights lodging to get a reservation for your whole stay and it is refundable if you give them a weeks notice.

With more then nine months before RRE/Y2K10 I know it seems as though I am jumping the gun, but when it comes to making reservations it is seldom to early......but sometimes too late.

See you at RRE/Y2K10 next July.

I hope you meant "to have you there", but that doesn't sound right either. If I am to be had I it will be by someone of the opposite sex.

I am looking forward to the trip (a convoy I hope), the event, seeing everyone I have met in the past and to meeting those I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet.

Hope to see you sooner at RRW in June, along with all the others who will be there. Yet another convoy I hope.
