not clean, looked like somebody had washed it with a dirty rag...interior has crap on the Leather seats again
gas tank was so low that the Message Center said 0 Miles to Empty. Had to put $30 in the tank just to get it to come off the Empty.
Of course, since it was so late, couldn't get a good look at the paint as the sun was 1/2 way down. Got it home and started looking things over in the driveway with the outside light on.
From just a quick looksie, I found the following problems.
- Front Driver/Passenger door lower trim isn't painted 100%. You can see where they failed to spray the upper edges of both
- They ****ing painted the fender flares to the goddamn fenders...WTF?
- The rear Hatch is flat out missing paint in 2 spots, and the dumb ****ers didn't even get all of the embedded **** that I've been complaining about for 2 ****ing months

Sorry, but I said you should not have taken the website down until the Expy was done properly. Putting more and more paint on it will not improve things. I think your only route is a buyback. Where are they driving it? Are they using it as a parts chaser for the dealership while they have it?
I would not let them touch the paint on your Mustang under any circumstances.
well got another appt. to drop it off Monday. For a return date of Wednesday
they're going to respray the front moulding and fender flares...again
while they're in there, they are going to replace the Windshield Cowl as it has faded in the sunlight
Manager gave me some crap about the Detail Shop being Union Workers...that is a new one on me. I've never heard of a Detail Shop Union
Also said some B.S. about reimbursing me for the 2 hours I spent this morning Detailing my Expedition...you know the whole reason the kept it for 1 whole day extra
You have agreed to not run a web page, that is critical of HONOLULU FORD, but I haven't. Neither has many of your fans here at FTE. According to the FTE stats there are "Users Registered: 516,174" . Just think of a half million + websites decrying HONOLULU FORD as a incompetent bunch of screw-ups. While I know that not all of the members would put up the $10 bucks for a site, I would and I think that we could get another 100 or so to do the same. You don't even have to ask we would do it just to teach HONOLULU FORD a lesson. I know that HONOLULU FORD is watching this thread (at least I would be) so to the watcher out there we will come after HONOLULU FORD if they do not get this straightened out NOW! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Find a shop to do the work on both and tell the dealer that they have to accept (pay) them to do the work. It has become evident that the dealerships' shop is not able to complete the work at an acceptable standard.
I've got a ten spot setting on the desk dedicated for the cause.
