Maybe we need to add a rule to this thread ... To assist our sticky manager!

No Proper URL Description, No add to the sticky!

If you're to lazy to do it, don't expect our sticky manager to do it!

Sorry, But I am getting a little irritated at the LAZY url posts that horsepuller has to spend his time researching to keep the Sticky neat and orderly.

We, As item suggesters should provide everything, so all our sticky manager has to do is copy and paste to the sticky, not spend his volunteered time researching for US.

-Enjoy

Thank you Festus, for your much appreciated support! However I am not militant about it and no reason to make rules. All links are much appreciated and added to the sticky regardless of whether they are smoothed out with a title and all. I still click the link to determine if it's appropriate and decide which category it falls under. Adding a title is no big deal. In no way do I want to discourage contributions to our sticky!

Regarding the sticky, we have no submitted topics for the Engine and Performance category. Please post your favorites!

I would also like to create a "Projects" category. Any topic that contains photos and posts before and after descriptions. Wide open category. Could be paint, upholstery, lifts, engine swap, show trucks or whatever. Please submit your suggestions!

I agree, I don't want to discourage contributions either, but I don't think you should have to do the work of figuring out what the description should be.

I understand you need to check to ensure it's appropriate content.

I just don't want you getting burned out and giving up on us!

I'll leave it alone, I do NOT want to discourage any one at any time.

Yeah, we are looking for completed projects so keep up the good work and remind us later. In the meantime you can post photos of the cute girl hiding in the background.

uncle.stosh has a good reputation on FTE. uncle.stosh has a good reputation on FTE.
Suggestion:

Clean up the Mug Shots thread and remove all of the crap besides pictures of users.

The intent was so we knew each others names and what we looked like. Not what kind of truck we have and what it looks like.

Please?

I like that suggestion. I split off some off topic tech talk into a separate thread earlier today. I wasn't sure how much you wanted cut. Just so I'm clear, do you mean eliminate all the side talk about photo resizing, stupid 'puters, strippers, talk about what we look like... etc? Cuz I'm good with that.
