ctubutis has a good reputation on FTE. ctubutis has a good reputation on FTE.
I'll make another suggestion for a FAQ - the key locks on the steering wheel
column are known to stick/lose their springiness and don't always fully get to
the RUN position after having been in START, this results in electrical stuff
not working. It's in the archives (many times) somewhere....

EDIT: There is also a pot metal piece that actuates the rod running the
length of the column that is known to break.

Hi All,

Ok, We finally got a sticky, Someone has to manage that sticky, At the moment horsepuller (Scott) has stepped up to the plate and is giving his time to manage it, how about us that ask him to add stuff to the sticky make it easier for him to do so by cleaning up the links with a description as in the following...

I mean no offense to anyone, just suggesting we help our Sticky manager.

I used Sycostang #11 post as an example. (Not picking on you, just an example)

Text Example of the first 5spd swap (URL tags are broke intentionally):
[U_RL="http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/785923-5spd-installation.html"]1984 F150 with M5R Swap[/U_RL]

And what it will look like:

Good 5spd swap threads.
1984 F150 with M5R Swap
1984 F250 4x4 460 with ZF5 Swap

Front clip swap.
1985 F250 with 1996 Front Clip
1985 F250 with 1994 Front Clip
Front Clip Swap General Information

Tailgate swap.

So if I start out with the url that the board automatically generates, I need to add the quotes, and the one bracket in the middle, and then the text to the right correct? Is there a automated way to do this, or you only do it by typing it in?
