have a few ?'s about a trade
A guy with a 2003 F350 offered to trade me his gray leather seats for my (2000 F350) gray clothe seats.
1. Will they fit?
2. Will they be the same gray or at least close enough to look good?
3. Not sure what cab configuration he has but I will find out tomorrow. Are the back seats in a crew cab the same as in a super cab?
Thanks,
-Mike

They should work fine, just make sure you are getting power seats if you are giving him power seats. I actually prefer the clothe seats over the leather, don't know if you do, but they stay a nicer temperature to sit in after the car has been in the sun or snow for a few hours. Do not take my word that they fit though, I am assuming the 1997-2003 seats would all be interchangeable, but ones you hit 2004, then you would be out of luck as far as I know.
Do not trust me, measure bolt distances.

As far as the color goes, I would think they would look pretty close or at least close enough to look good in your truck. The shades of gray interior color didn't vary that much over those years and may in fact be the same or very close.
