Seams to me that Zip probably has the time on his hands, so my vote os for Zip to continue doing the bang up job that he is doing now.

I would volunteer, but there is no way that I will have the time durring the summer.

Unless Zip wants out, I dont see a reason to change the leader.

 

I vote for Zipper. Unless he wants out. then my vote goes to saleen. Your doing a good job zip no need for a change
