I would probably still negotiate. I just don't think in Canada you would get that set of tires and wheels for close to that price.

Woo Hoo, the deal is done, I got the wheels.
Now for the best part.
Miles, mwvdub, Wyoming Chapter Leader is going to pick up for me and hold until Steve, stevebricks SoCal Chapter Leader can pick up and deliver to me at the ATN's this year.

They are coming first class via the SB express. lol
Steve, stevebricks chapter leader of the SoCal chapter is coming cross country, with his travel trailer, to the ATN's this year. He will meet up with Miles and bring them to me.
