Should I replace 1993 stock heads with Lightning GT-40's?

I have a 1993 F-150 ex cab with 5.0 and E4OD. I have the chance to buy some GT-40 pull-offs from a 1993 Lightning. I think I will have to use stepped head bolts because a 351 uses 1/2" bolts. Is the combustion chamber volume the same on theses 2 heads? I don't know what cc my heads are and I don't know about the GT-40's either. I believe I will gain some perfermance with them if my compression doesn't drop. I will put some headers made for my truck on them. I think the exhaust pattern is the same. I know 351 trucks get different header application but I think it is because the 351 is taller and wider so the header needs to be longer to reach the Y-pipe. I need some educated help here. Anyone have experience with a swap like this?

I haven't actually done this swap, but here is some info:

The exhaust/headers should fit, Ford claims the GT-40s will fit stock equipment.

The only problem is like you said the head bolts for the 351Ws are 1/2 and 302s 7/16.
