But seriously, take the connection loose, jump from the connection to the box with wires. Now remove one wire at a time until the seat chime doesn't work but the speedometer does,

 

I know this is an old post but I do happen to have the same exact problem and a remedy. The noise is coming from the long black box behind the heater controle, remove the center dash assembly (only 2 bolts) and to get the box out is only one bolt (same size as the 2 bolts holding the canter dash in). Once the black box is disconnected and out of the dash remove the outer plastic cover that only held together by the tabs around the box. There is no way of taking the little speaker off the board but you can break the speaker by sticking a little pick in the hole and tearing the super thin metal that makes the noise. It's not a super tech savvy repair or fix but I too was driven buys by it and the previous owner replaced he seats and buckles with ones that didn't have the connections for the sensors.
