got more info joe. isky rep told me comp has been havn probs with taper grinds not being rite / they also heard about the outsourcing of blanks, and springs from mexico. im gonna go with Lunati cam/---61602 (219/227) dur. (540/552)valv lift. 112 deg. sep. its what they call a voodu cam. check the specs tell me what u think. at max lift rite now i hav .184 coil clearance. yes i hav aftermarket vavles and springs.

Sounds good to me. I like how you are picking the dual pattern cam. That will flow good with a dual plane intake, and help make use of the cams torque curve. The duration there is a good one for truck. Should have plenty of grunt down low, but also give enough response to enjoy the big blocks power potential.
