Can someone tell me where I can buy stuff for my 02 Ford F-250 Centurion? I need some of the interior wood grain that is on the doors and the front dash.

Centurion is out of business.

 

I would think any local cabinet shop would be able to make new pieces to match the old...Whats your location and vehicle info..

 

Your best bet is to search for the stick-on wood grain appliques that some aftermarket companies sell. Even so, the "wood" might end up being plastic. I have a 95 Centurion F150 Crew and Centurion is looong gone. Southern Comfort only does late model stuff (if in fact they are doing anything at all).
