Awesome truck man. I am looking to purchase a 1980 f100 similar colour to the darker tone but its all one colour. Your interior looks, the entire truck is just awesome..

Thanks for posting your pictures and progress !

Were you ever able to find the trim moulding for the bedsides? I was planning on putting the 83-86 moulding on when I do my body swap. If you want dibs on them let me know.

No, not yet. The only ones I need are the two in front of the rear wheel well from a long bed. However, they have to be the kind that stick out, not the kind that are flat. Is this what you have?

Yep, here's a pic to make sure we're on the right page.

No updates at all for the old truck, she just sits in silence awaiting her day for a rebuild. I'm seriously thinking about pulling her motor out and tearing into it to see what I can find wrong just for experience. So she may get attention soon.

It's been awhile, and I feel I should bump the thread since this project isn't near being over. There isn't much new except for a few more dents in my hood from falling limbs, and the toolbox was sold off the truck. I've had to put the drive-line on the back burner due to every hobbyist's nightmare, lack of proper funds. I've got a $200 truck payment plus gas and insurance each month, not to mention my food budget, so not much is left over at the end of the month. But i've always been good about finding good deals, so who knows what will happen in the future.

Anyways, here's some recent pictures of the truck. The first picture is a little dated since the tool box is now gone, but the others were taken yesterday.
