JesterPgh is starting off with a positive reputation.
Need turbo rebuilt; where to go?

I'd really like something local to me, I have an ATS 088, which I'm told is a Garret, but I haven't got a CLUE where to go, or where to go get parts to rebuild it if I could do it myself, it needs rebuilt, there's damage to the impeller. Any help would be appreciated. I'm in the greater Pittsburgh PA Area.
