5.4 freeze plugs

My 2001 5.4 Triton 1/2 ton 4X4 froze.
I replaced the two outside freeze plugs. When I add water, the water goes straight to the oil Pan. Am I missing some plugs somewhere?

Your block and/or heads are cracked.

freeze plugs

Thanks so much!
I removed the timing cover to find 2 freeze plugs popped out. I have replaced them and all is well.
I had two mechanic shops tell me the motor was shot after they replaced the freeze plugs behind the motor mounts.

Where are the freeze plugs at the back of the 5.4 L Triton? Or am I wrong thinking there are a couple. My coolant is leaking where the trans bolts onto the block. At least thats where it looks like. and on the bottom side. Please help me if you can

You wont be able to see them with the tranny in place, you are going to need to remove the tranny. But it sounds more like either your heater core line fittings are leaking (common) or the coolant tube that runs in the engine valley is leaking (very common). Look below the intake manifold for pooled up coolant.
