'95 F700 Runs Rough

My buddy has this '95 F700 Uhaul truck that runs terribly. It seems to have a misfire (spits and sputters cold or hot) and will not stay running. It has (2) Ford diagnostic ports under the passenger dash and when I connect SnapOn Solus, it has no codes. New distributor, plugs, wires, (8) injectors, egr and dpfe, and fuel pump all installed by Uhaul. He said it ran great for 30 minutes after he drove off then started missing again. Uhaul can't get it right so I want to help if I can. It's hard finding diagrams/diagnostic charts for this 7.0 V8. If anyone has a good place to start it would be very nice from the Ford gods.

Feel free to bump this every day or two, so it gets a lot of coverage.

Interesting problem.

I can not seem to find a mass air flow meter. If there is one, it is hiding good. I did find that clinders #7 and #8 are about 10 psi lower than the other 6 on cylinder compression. Also, this has a governor mounted on top of the throttle body. thanks to everyone for the help so far.

Any chance the temp sensor(s) are bad?

It might not have a MAF - I dunno.

Hang on, I'm going to try to get a Ford guy in here.

Quote from PowerStrokeHD:

"The 7.0L has a MPI speed density fuel injection system, so there is no MAF.

A quick look shows that he should be seeing 40 psi at the pressure relief valve located on the right bank of the fuel injection supply manifold."

Wow I think i'm getting somewhere with this truck finally!!! First off, I checked the coolant temp sensor by removing it. the end of the sensor was GONE (rusted away I guess) so I replaced it. Also, #8 fuel injector was wet with gas around the base. Replaced that injector and truck runs like a new one. Thanks ya'll!!!

If it went anywhere, it's laying in the radiator on the supply side.

I'm assuming the temp sensor was in the intake near the thermostat? If so, it went through the thermostat, and into the radiator. Probably not a problem.
