Vermont Chapter Forming RIGHT NOW!!!

im new to this website in general,,,and have just now entered the chapters section,,,,why not vermont chapter? mabey its just me but in general ya dont hear to much about vermont anywere at all...i even clicked on the one that said NEW ENGLAND,,,lol yup againnothin to do with vermont,,,,sometimes i think i moved myself to a state that truely does not exist exept for small stickers on bottles of syrup....anyway just a rant i guess,,,,mabey ill just join the mass chapter ,,,thats were im from origanaly and what the heck close enuff rite?

Well there are a few members from VT.. Maybe they will see this post and want to create a VT chapter..

All you need is 5 people to want one and someone to volunteer and be the leader..

If you are interested in trying to get one going contact GLRUFF.. He is the moderator for the area..

If you know others from VT contact them also..

Let me know if there is anything I can do..

There are 450 members from VT..

Only about 50 active within the last 3 months..

again im new to this site ,,,so im still learning how to navigate and whatnot....but im willing to bet alot of people havenot ben comeing back because there isnt a VT chapter....im not the type of guy to be a chapter head or nothin so it would have to be someone else but im gonna start seein if i can rally some vermonters up and mabey get a chapter started.....not really sure what good this will do for me or anyone else,,,,but im sure it cant hurt to try

As Don suggested...contact GLRUFF...he'll walk you through getting a VT Chapter up and running. It only takes 5 folks who are interested...and then you're off.

Vermont used to be a part of the New England Chapter...but it was decided that individual state chapters would probably be stronger. MA...Ct...and...NH now have their own chapters and are rockin' and rollin'...hopefully VT will join the party!!!

yea my brother lives in cheshire 10 mins outside of adams...adams is a bigger city than pretty much any city in the state of vermont......he thinks he a vermonter too....i live in a pretty high elevation and in the middle of nowere and i still feel like a city boy from brockton.....its weird..i just figure if there was a vermont chapter there would be postings for mud runs ,,,car and truck shows...and gettogethers like that .....and ironicly i bet most of these events would end up in northwest mass......

It doesn't take much to be a CL just about a half hour..

I already PM'd George for you.. He should be on later..

The benefits of a local chapter are you get to meet people in your area and maybe get some help working on a project..
