air filter oil

is there anything off the shelf that will work instead of K&N air filter oil?

If all you're worried about is the cost of it. I found it on Ebay for half the cost. If it's something else I don't know what to tell. But to me the oil smells and looks like tranny fluid. Hmm, I wonder... lol
