About how many microns?

just curious as to the micron filtering of:

t-shirts
blue jeans

I bought enough Magnesol to do a couple gallons, but don't want to buy filters until I can convince by partner that this is the way to go. By the way, where do most of you by the filters?

thanks

Can't tell you what the micron ratings of those items are BUT I buy my filters here

McMaster-Carr

somehow I can't get it to link directly to the bags themselves but at the top you will see a page number selector switch it to 376 that is where the filter bags I use start.

Blue jeans between 5 and 10 mic, depending on who ya ask. I'd say the tee-shirt or sheets a little bigger. I can say when I was using blue jeans, my 10 mic Goldenrods last forever.

kirkharrod is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.kirkharrod is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Keep in mind that if the material stretches under the weight of the oil, micron ratings will change.
