Uhm, I'm pretty sure they still make it, the 2wd model at least - they changed it a bit, particularly the radius arms, but tis essentially still the same thing.
'97 F250's were the last ones with the TTB one tons had the solid axle since the begining of time. '99 and up used a solid axle for the 3/4 and 1 tons.

79 F350 had solid axle. From 80-85, the F350 was using the TTB D50. In mid '85, Ford switched to the solid D60 in DRW trucks. And then shortly after, all F350's were using the monobeam D60.

Indeed. One correction tho,TTB and twin I-beam is the same thing - TTB is the name of the overall design, and it can be had in I-beams (2wd) or hollow formed beams (4x4).

TIB- Twin I- Beam 2wd only
The basic design and function is the same, but the names aren't interchangeable.
