2005 ranger 3.0 rough idle

I am baffled by this. My 3.0 is idling rough but is not throwing any codes at all! Just replaced plugs, wires, and cleaned throttle body and ran injector cleaner through it. Still no change and seems to be getting worse. Tried locating vacuum leak, if any, using carb cleaner with it running. Nothing there either. Could somebody give me some insight into what this might be? I can't understand how it could idle that rough and not throw any trouble codes!!!

If you have a decent auto parts store in your area that rents a "smoke machine" you will be able to find any vacuum leaks that may exist. I hooked it up to the brake booster line and found smoke coming out of the egr connection, which I could not detect by any other method.
