Well you were the only alternate mentioned, so thats gotta count for something. If you think about it, second in command ain't that bad. At least your not the whipping boy.

Maybe he can't say whether or not he wants the position. It may sway the vote (although not in this particular case) but we need to vote for him because we want him to be the leader, not because he wants us to vote for him.

If it's me I'm fine with that. If it's someone else I am fine with that. This is an opportunity for the members to choose.

The wheels have been set in motion and this part of the process goes for 30 days.

Well, unless something drastic happens in the next 30 days, it looks like Chris will continue to be our chapter leader for the forseeable future.

Just me. Some chapters do it yearly some do not have any time frame.

I have been the BC leader for about a year now. We have had a number of new members during that time that are active along with some longer members like yourself.

There are no forum guidelines as far as a chapter leaders tenure.
