no. you need at least a 2.5" leveling kit to clear 35's. look into the readylift kit. it is only $5-600 and comes with rear blocks and trackbar drop bracket and some other goodies
Do you happen to have the snow plow prep package?
I have it on my 2006 F-250 and fit those tires with no problems. I think that package raises the front 2 inches which clears the tires.
