2009 SD F250 TPMS Grief

Today I installed new AR 20" wheels and Nitto tires on my 09 SD. The factory wheel/tires called for 80 psi max. inflation. The Nitto's are 65 psi. As soon as I started the truck I got the dreaded LOW TIRE PRESSURE light. We installed the factory TPMS sensors in the new wheel with new bands but didn't relized the difference in max tire pressure until after the deed was done. Can this system be reset to recognize the new max psi?

Thanks

Yes it can. If your tire dealer does not have the proper programmer you will need to visit the Ford dealer. Call around to some other tire dealers first for a better price.
