Buyer neeeds help!! 2000 w/ Nitrous????

I am looking at a 2000 LIGHTNING at a dealer and I MAY have reason to think the previous onwer had NOS then removed the system. What can I look for to tell??? Like bottle bracket holes, lines, where the system was taking its shots, anything???

Any other tips on what I should look at when buying one of these would be cool, too.
