"missing security token"

Has anyone run into this problem? I get this error message when I try to add pictures to a gallery.

The admin said to post here and ask.

Hi John,
May have it figured out..............image is too large, the developers created an error message that is incomprehensible to mere mortals, but makes complete sense to them.
I tried to add it to my album using the "browse" feature, I got no error, it just didn't upload.
I tried uploading it with the "drag & drop" feature - ditto, no error, no upload.

I resized it to 800x600 & it loaded with both drag & drop and browse.

I'll have more info after this test.

The solution is to resize the photo's. I chose 800x600 because that size fits in most browsers where people have smaller (older) CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) monitors.
The program that I use is waaaaaaay awesome, it's called Irfanview. It's a free program that is very user friendly, it allows you to resize images easily (Image, Resize/Resample - in pixels, inches or mm) and allows you to save it in a gazillion formats (JPG, Tif, BMP, etc.

I'm not sure of your comfort level with loading pictures, please forgive me if you already know this.

To use the drag & drop feature, drag your image with the mouse to this location on the album page & drop it in the image:

Or you can use the browse feature as well.

Please let me know if this does not work for you, or if there are any other problems.

Jon! your a genius! It worked after resizing. I can't seem to get the drag and drop to work but browse does. Man I can't thank you enough. Now I need to figure out how to put your post on the other forum so those guys know it was YOU who found the solution!
