Where to install Amp ?

Where to install Amp ?
I have a 07 FX4 SuperCab. I'm going to replace all of the stock speakers and subwoofer. It has a factory subwoofer so it's in a big black plastic box behind the driver's seat. It has an Audiophile system (6-disk CD changer not the navigation system type radio).
I'd like to keep the radio head unit but I have two questions regarding installing an amp.
1) Does the stock 6-disk CD Audiophile radio have an input for an amp ?
2) Where is the best place to put the Amp ? I've read that there is room under the passenger seat, but there isn't on my truck because the passenger seat is power.

Best place is like James said: Behind the rear seat!
The seat removal is tricky though...a fellow member INCORRECTLY followed my instructions and ripped his seat 4 years ago....If you can wait I can get a vid posted on youtube.com on how to remove the back of the seat.
To Remove:
1. Remove two 10mm bolts where seat belt anchor is at.
2. Put plastic shroud on the bottom near the buckle.
3. Reach in the crack of the seat and get a REALLY FIRM GRIP ON THE METAL POLE!
****ITS VERY IMPORTANT YOU GET A GOOD GRIP OR YOU WILL RIP THE MATERIAL***
4. Pull straight up.
It does require quite a bit of torque to get it off the clips so be sure to protect your
back.
My suggestion for pulling it up is as follows:
1. Put both seats all the way to the front of the track near the dash.
2. open all the doors.
3. GET A GOOD GRIP
4. put your shoulder up against the seat
5. position on leg in the floor of the back seat one on the side step (outside)
6. push straight up against the seat with your shoulder and legs.
I would start on the passenger side since the hardest clip is there and the driver side will pop right off when you pick it up. JUST BEWARE THE CLIP ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IS SHARP AND WILL RIP YOUR SEAT MATERIAL. so when you complete the lift don't just drop it.

reading this my thought would be to place a 1/4 pice of plywood on the seat so the clip will hit the wood not the seat material
would this work to protect seat??

Another way to remove without strain on the back
I found another way to remove the back seat on the 2004 Ford F-150. This may work for the newer models as well. Simpler method<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
<o></o>
The following link https://www.ford-trucks.com/article/idx/26/259/F150_Interior/article/Easy_Rear_Seat_Removal_For_2004__2008_F150.html<o></o>

shows how to remove the seat from the actual latches, however I found that I couldnt get enough grip on the latch that holds the seat in place. <o></o>
<o></o>
In step 3 of the above link, you will see in picture two the latches that hold the seat in place, the picture below that shows where the seat is latched make note of the hole in the bar. With the seat still in place, I manager to push the cushioning high enough to feel the hole with my finger, I then too a long phillips screw drive and inserted into this hole, and applying enough pressure was able to push that latch off the hook. The seat was unlatched, now after unlatch one side make sure you put something in there to keep it from latching prior to moving to the other side. <o></o>
<o></o>
After an hour of tugging, and trying to stick my hand behind the seat to remove the latches, I was simply able just to find the hole above the bar, and just unlatch it from the front of the seat with minimal effort.<o></o>
