Brake rubbing issue!

I had a rubbing issue on my truck which wore my pads down to nothing on the passenger side. I thought the caliper locked out so i changed it. I changed the pads rotor and caliper and it still rubs and grabs quite hard any ideas on why this all of a sudden happened.

It looks like a clearence issue because the caliper bracket looks to close to the rotor compared to the driver side. What might cause this? loose front end? Any ideas will help thanks Jeremy.

i may try that but the problem i seem to be having is that the bracket itself looks like it does not have enough clearance and my rotor includes the studs for the wheels so i have to pull the whole hub take it off. Is there a way if i tightend it o to tight that it would be to close to the bracket?

I know with gm's that you have to open the bleeder screw when you compress the caliper back in or it will mess up the abs. in the master cyl. don't know if that is your case but it happened to me on a 2000 gm and I had to replace the master cyl. to correct the problem
