what does this mean?

code# 57 octane adjust service pin in use/circuit grounded
code#58 VAT indicated -40/circuit grounded
it is on a 1995 f-150

Those are car only codes, your truck should report 3 digit codes maybe you counted them wrong?

Are you using a code reader or the paperclip method to get these?

I thought some '92s and all 93+ trucks gave 3 digit codes. I don't know those two offhand, but I want to make sure you've got them right before the smarter folks show up.
