Trailer braking

I was wondering if anyone has used or heard of Hayes Lemmerz Brake controller. (Syncronizer #81725) " For trailers with 2 0r 4 electric brakes and vehicles with 12 volt negative ground systems only"
We bought a Haulmark Low Hauler for our 2 motorcycles. I was just wondering what your experience is with this particular brake controller; good, bad or in-different. Thanks in advance.
Oh, I DO have this installed in my 2000 F-250 SD, 4x4,ORP,V-10,SC,LB,LARIAT, and NOW with Edlebrock IAS Monotube shocks.
