Sounds like brake noise

When I make a sharp left hand turn at 25 m.p.h I hear what would sound like a wear sensor cherping on the rotor, but wear sensor is not close to the rotor. What else would cause a cherping metalic noise in the frontend? Hubs are newer and replaced when baljoints anout 1 year ago. 5.4v8 136,000 mi on truck

But only with the hubs locked.

Are you sure the brake pads are OK?
