I'm a Die Hard fan, Gold to be exact. Any Sears anywhere for warranty and I find they hold up the best... I've used hundreds of them in cars/trucks/boats/hvy equip. and only have had a couple fail before their time.

Every time I try a different brand I get stranded, and then get hung out to dry on the warranty!

TIMNSHO!

-Enjoy

Since the local Interstate Battery placed moved down the road 60 miles, I have been running Advance Auto Titanium batteries in the 1100 amp size.
Takes a little persuasion to get them in, but they work fine once you get them in.

One thing you should know, is that the fleet batteries (Group 31) fit just fine under the hood of an '80-'86 truck, but if you put them in yours you're risking them welding themselves to the hood, as it sits much lower in that area. Do some careful measuring before you jump on a pair of them. They are nice tho, CCAs in the 1000s and price is just as much as the regular battery.
